I have distant ancestors Margaret Davenport & Daniel James Brooks who married on 29 Nov 1813 at St James, Clerkenwell, England

I had believed that Margaret Davenport's DOB was 1 Apr 1796, which makes her 17 at the time of her marriage, but there is nothing to suggest she is under 21 on her marriage record - the "with the consent of" is blank (I guess that this would be where parents would sign if their daughter was under 21?)
So - is it likely the Margaret Davenport who married Daniel James Brooks on 29 Nov 1813 is the same Margaret Davenport who was born in April 1796?
