In the 1826 general election John Capel was elected for Queenborough, a rotten borough. He was elected by 144 Freemen of the borough and John Capel had a special medal structure one was given to each man. I am trying to find a list of these 144 men. I think there were 265 Freemen in total and I would also like to find a complete list of them
