Anyone interested in the family name BRETTLE or BRETTELL? I have deposited information on my researches of this name at
https://sites.google.com/view/brettle-family-history. This covers its origins in the Black Country, geographical distribution, internet searching and details of my particular Brettle family line. Please take a look to see if it is of any use to your own surname searches.

your post would get more coverage in the general discussions than introduction and we know quite a bit about the brettle / brettell name as we have over 630 name on the black country tree alone, bit more interaction on certain name in the black country section might help both groups out ?

I have moved this into General Discussion for the reasons peterd has given and we like to keep the Introductions section for simple introductions.
Currently investigating the Hillmans of Sussex.
