Elizabeth Ann would not be on 1939 register as she was not born.
Mary Ruth could be one that unavailable to view there are 3 closed records following them...so presuming still living? Ronald is 7th entry, Ruth 8th the next viewable entry is 12.

I'd missed the 1949 marriage because it's entered on the birth index as May R. Dore
