I have a John Brookman, b 16th October 1891 in Hackney. Baptised 15th November at St James, Clapton. Admitted to Oldfield Road School, Hackney 4th July 1899. Present at his parents home in 1901 & 1911 census.
After that I can find nothing other than a possible reference on a defunct genealogy forum that he was known as Jack.
Can anyone find anything more about him please.

Benjamin may have died in Surrey, possibly in one of the many hospitals in that area (Military, TB, Psychiatric etc.).
