verifying PARSONS link

Hello everyone!
I have been researching my husband's family for quite a while (in fits and starts).
I am following the PARSONS from Kington Magna in Dorset.
I can reliably get back to MOSES PARSONS (bp. 8/04/1678) of Kington Magna whose parents were Richard and Elisabeth Parsons. Moses married Mary x in about 1702.
I am trying to work out if the Richard Parsons in question is Richard Parsons bp 9/6/1611 in Rowley Regis Staffordshire (son of William) and is this the same as Richard Littley Parsons (1611-1682)?
I have found others then take the Littley/Parsons tree back much much further but I just cannot verify that we are talking about the same Richard PARSONS.
Cannot find the 1670-ish marriage of Richard & Elisabeth (?Hutchens) Parsons anywhere either.
Would love any assistance to connect the PARSONS I have to the LITTLEY/LYTLEY PARSONS

Thankyou- at the moment that doesn't look like the same person.
the info I had was that Richard was married to Elisabeth and was the father of Moses (1678) George, Richard, Francis, Dorothy and Edward.
so maybe Richard Parsons and Richard Littley Parsons are 2 separate people.
