All the family on the 1891 census were listed as born in Rowley Regis, Staffs with the exception of Richard Gould who is listed as Dudley, Worcs.

Emma Payne is listed as being a widower and is also listed as a lunatic.

The 1891 census has a Perry family living next door: John Perry is the head of the family and living with his wife Eliza (aged 36) and children.
