This might link with Amy Marshall (niece) shown in the 1871 census as living with Thomas and family in Salop St Bilston.

Re: Thomas Fellows b abt 1822 father T. Fellows
I have found the following via Ancestry Family Tree Maker. Entering Thomas Fellows' parents as Phebe Fellows and Thomas Fellows led to a Trobridge/Fiege family tree here: m I haven't yet checked all of this out and I am away in the West Midlands for the next two days so it will be checked at the wee...

Yes, that's the one where the Ancestry transcriber gives Jane's name as Tam in error.
Many thanks

Re: Thomas Fellows b abt 1822 father T. Fellows
This all looks promising, especially as Salop Row is probably the same as Salop Street (it was formerly called Shropshire Row.) The stone mason thing is odd since Thomas is only 15 -19 so it may not be right. BUT - the clincher seems to be that the 1851 Census shows that Pheba (Phebe) was born in Se...

Re: Thomas Fellows b abt 1815-1820 ish
Hello all. I'm a newcomer to this forum but I've already been made to feel very welcome. I'm researching the family of Thomas Fellows, my ggg grandfather, born in abt 1822 in Sedgley and who may be the son of Jane Fellows (b. abt 1771 Sedgley) and who remained there. The 1841 census shows the family...

Re: John Raybould/Catherine Fellows
It seems that Catherine Fellows may be a niece of my gggrandfather Thomas Fellows.
Ancestry,co,uk has a tree (Cooper-Bennett) showing the husband of a Catherine Raybould (b. 1842 in Sedgley) as poss. Richard Raybould, b 1837 but this may not be the same Catherine.
