You're good, I figured it would be you telling me it got archived. (Which is fine btw).
All the best.

Re: Luckaes/Luckas/Lucas Sixpenny Handley, Dorset, 1820s-183
The witness Thomas Luckas, was he a church official or just a very popular person for a witness? Have you looked at his ancestry? I have, and even Marther/Martha Dibben. It's interesting how their families re-occur in records, but then again nothing in the records that specifically ties one family ...

Re: Luckaes/Luckas/Lucas Sixpenny Handley, Dorset, 1820s-183
Thanks Gardener, I do have that, but again naming conventions seem to be a problem for me. Katharine, when all other records have Catherine, and why revert to her maiden name for the burial? ARC TBC.."Unknown" burial
Hi, I have been looking for the burial place of my sister (born and died before I was born) for many years, and all avenues have not led anywhere, however one piece of information I have is that my Dad said she was buried at the foot of an "unknown" woman's grave in Peartree. Now, whether ...

ARC TBC - Christian to Catherine, Luckaes or Luckas?
Hi All, I'm looking for proof that Catherine "Kitty" Trowbridge of Sixpenny Handley, early 1800's was the same person as Christian Luckaes. Or indeed proof that she wasn't! My big handicap is that I'm doing all this research online from the USA - I do realise I just have to get to The Dors...
