Yes thanks I knew all that information and I know or knew all my grandfathers step brothers and sisters.....didn't know Thomas was killed in Flanders though

Charles would have been born around 1879 BC Wench...yes that's them....I found that this morning and have printed off a copy Unfortunately it seemed to be common in those days for fathers and sons....mothers and daughters to have the same name....I have been following a line of Charles Camerons back...

I would imagine it is a registry office....if they already had one child and one due in October then they wouldn't have been able to marry in church

Wow thanks for your prompt replies....I'm off to find them on a census now if I can I think the 1911 one is a possibility they could possibly have had one child out of wedlock...... Can I ask is there anywhere I could view the marriage certificate for free or would I have to pay for one......I don't...
