ARC TBC..............Birth - Ocker Hill, Tipton

Alice James, born 1864 in Ocker Hill, Tipton; I'm trying to find the address her family were living at when she was born but don't know where to look for the records. Her parents were John and Sarah James. They were living in Harborne on the 1871 Census so presumably had left Tipton by that time. Se...

Hiya I'm back again with another poser for you experts. On the LDS site, if the Source Film number is the same for several children with the same father's name, despite quite a stretch of years, i.e. someone born 1655 and possibly fathering a child in 1700, does it mean that it IS the same father? Re: Baptism Before Civil Registration?

The details are:

Alfred William Burgess Birth Registration Oct/Nov/Dec 1879 volume 6d page 201. He was baptised in September 1879 according to the only info I can find.

Hi Antie Em

My rellie was born Oct/Nov/Dec 1879, would the delay still apply as in the end of February?

*Archive?* Baptism Before Civil Registration?

I have a bit of a mystery going on, the only relevant rellie I can find was registered as born AFTER the baptism date. Was this possible in England 1879?

Thanks.
