ARC TBC Alfred and Rebecca (Willetts) Green
Hi, I am trying to no avail to figure out who lived at 66 High Street, Atherton Lancashire in 1920. I know that in 1911 Alfred Green and Rebecca nee Willetts lived there. And in 1920 Rebecca's brother Daniel, his wife Elizabeth and their son Earl returned from the US to visit whoever was living ther...

Re: John Joseph Willetts
Thanks rockyfowler!
I'm not sure but that could be the right one. The only thing I wonder is her putting her father as Joseph because both he and his father went by Jack for whatever reason. But maybe to his immediate family he went by his middle name Joseph.

Hi! I am trying to figure out who John Joseph Willetts of Old Hill, Rowley Regis married. He was the son of John and Jemima Willetts of Old Hill, Peartree Lane. He was born abt.1893 in Rowley. I have a photo of him and his wife and baby from 1923. And it says John Joseph Willetts and his wife Lily. ...

I am trying to locate some information on Edwin Page and his wife Mary Alice Page. I have been trying to locate their immigration record but have not been able to thus far. There is a discrepency in their census records for 1920 and 1930 in the US. In one I have that they immigrated in 1895 and were...

Re: Willetts / Nichols Marriage
I think I might have found her. I have a marriage in Apr. May. Jun 1888, Warwickshire of Ruth Shelley to George Nichols.
But now I can't seem to find the family on the census to check children's names.

Re: Willetts / Nichols Marriage
I think I uncovered an error on my cousin's part. I think it isn't Daniel Willett's sister Ruth. I think it's his wife Elizabeth Shelley's sister Ruth who married a Nichols.

Re: Willetts / Nichols Marriage
Well I'm really confused!
I know most of the photos were taken in 1920. And most are marked Small Heath, Birmingham.
The children's names, although most are pretty old are Ruth, Myra, Sidney, Edith and George.

ARC TBC.............Willetts / Nichols Marriage
Hi, I was just given about 100 pictures of my Willetts ancestors and most were taken in Old Hill around the 1920's. I was also provided with some new information and I need to verify it. I was under the impression that Ruth Willetts of Pear Tree Lane, born 1877 to John and Emma Willetts, was never m...

Re: Home Chainmakers in Old Hill
Thanks Linell! I don't see the Willett's I was looking for but I did see an Arthur Willetts in the list. Not sure if he's connected to my line or not.
