One of my ancestors was apparently born there according to the 1891 Census but I can't find it!!!

Hoping to be pointed in the right direction.... My GG- grandfather was William John Mitchell, born abt 1852 in Hayle (according to the 1881 Census). He married Elizabeth Ann Ford in Kingston in 1876 and from the marriage Cert, we get that his father was John Mitchell. He does appear on both the 1891...
