It was filmed at Blists Hill in Telford Shropshire,the Victorian Farm was filmed not far off at Acton Scott Victorian Farm museum between Much Wenlock and Church Stretton.I've been to Acton Scott but not Blists Hill,it's supposed to be good though,worth a trip. I have a Henry Persehouse b.1637 whose father is a Richard Persehouse,it is obviously not this Richard (Jane Dudley marriage and Richard ) but I wonder if he had a son named after him. Hello,I am also descended from Joseph coley and Phoebe Price ,I had thought his father was a Noah Coley,but perhaps I've gone wrong! It doesn't help that families kept to certain names! There are 2 Joseph Coley s born in 1841,apparently,so that is where I went wrong, let me know what source you have...

Hi everyone, I am blackcountry born and bred and researching the Coley , Capewell, Dodson and Hartill families. I have been researching for a while but hope to verify my findings with others(it is so easy to go off down the wrong line!) and perhaps contribute some of my findings.
