What about records from before 1924? And I have searched for the births of Andrew Walsh Jnr. and Mary Josephine and there is no record of them anywhere in the parish records or the official records.

I found her on the 1911 Irish Census and according to that, she would in fact have actually gotten married in 1887.... Unfortunately thats not the marriage....I still think they may have gotten married in England somewhere becaude there is no sign of their marriage in Ireland.

I'd say my best bet would be for a marriage on the index so that I could send off for a certificate.
