Re: Dudley Birth Look-up

Thank you both, I wasn't sure if you could look up births or not. I have seen the 1901 census, Thomas Henry Knight born approx. 1897 was living with my Great Grandfather and his family and was recorded as my great great grandparents nephew. Unfortunately he is not listed as living with them in the 1...

*Arc tbc* --Dudley Birth Look-up

If anyone could look up the following birth for me, I would be very grateful.

Birth Dec 1897 Dudley 6c 112
KNIGHT, Thomas Henry

Am interested to see who parents were, would like to know if his father was Frederick W Knight, and also where born, address if given etc.

Thank you in advance.

Re: *Arc pend certifs*Knight, Jenkins,Pearson, Cartwright, Terry

I had found a record for a Catherine Young marriage to a Thomas Knight in 1858 which would fit with the 1871 census which I had also located and would suggest a link. My only concern was that no husband or father was named on this census and the birth place for Thomas Henry Knight was Redditch where...

Re: Knight, Jenkins, Pearson, Cartwright, Terry

Am just sorting out what birth certificates and marriage certificates to send for, I know that the Dec 1892 Marriage for: Knight Thomas Henry Aston 6d 662 Terry Louisa Aston 6d 662 is correct as I have Arthur Thomas Knight's birth certificate and these are his parents. Re: My ancestors to be added to connections Kerry Hunt

It all looks good and complete and OK to sign off. Regarding the name Annie Pearson, I don't think I have her birth certificate, but I'm sure my mother has Annie Laura's so will check this when I am there tomorrow. Will also see if I have any details about where Elsie was born. My mother is going to...

Yes I am having problems to, allows me to read part of the information but not original document. I think the record you refer to is one I have already viewed, and that it is Parkes rather than Darkes, also in the 1911 census.

Re: Knight, Jenkins, Pearson, Cartwright, Terry Black Country Fa

Having looked at 1901 Census I am now unsure, there is an entry for a Thomas Henry Knight age 3 living with his grandparents Elijah Parkes, is it possible that he may have lived with his uncle Thomas Henry Knight and family and then moved to his grandparents therefore appearing in two census records...
