I have checked the 1901 census index for you and could only find a possible for Charles. born 1891 Marleybone, living Willesden, Middlesex.

Couldn't find any of the others.
Perhaps someone with full access could check more thoroughly for you.

It costs £ 7.00 for a copy of hi birth cert which will confirm if you are correct about his parents names.
