Ah yes, P. J. Proby's "Somewhere" (1964)... We were obviously going to the same dances at Langley Baths too, Rob! The New Inns was a few yards above my grandparents Brown's fish and chip shop at 83 Station Road which they kept until the mid 1940s, no trace of it now.
