A book I have on Stourbridge says that Thomas Foley was inspired to build his Old Swinford Hospital School in 1667, after Thomas had listened to a Sermon by his friend Richard Baxter a Puritan. I can't ever remember seeing that Building on my shopping trips to Stourbridge, if it is still standing, it would be a listed building and on the Stourbridge Heritage Trail, someone on the local Council would surely be able to tell if you if it was still there or not. The architecture looks as though it would have been on the highsteet and from the slope of the road I would guess Lower High Street on the East side perhaps somewhere near King Edwards. A quick look on Google earth shows most of lower high steet as having been redeveloped unfortunatly and I cant find any building that look remotly like the photo.

Baxter's House was situated In the High Street Kidderminster. It has now been regrettably redeveloped. I have had a article printed in a local newspaper The Black Country Bugle on 30/01/2014 with pictures showing its position in the High Street.
