Noah and Mary are at 38 Hope Street, St. Oswald, Durham in 1891.

Looks like Crainger onthe original document...

1891. Eliza's age is hard to read on the Census. I think the 52 reads 62.

1891, 16 Hope Street, St. Oswald, Spennymoor

Grainger Charles 59 Labourer In Iron Works Dudley, Worcestershire Grainger
Eliza 52 Dudley, Worcestershire
Grainger Benjamin 23 Coal Miner Dudley, Worcestershire
Grainger Eliza 12 Spennymoor, Durham
Jinks Samuel 34 Boarder Puddler In Iron Works Flangey Genn, Staffordshire

There is a James Grainger from Dudley and family living at number 12.
