wonder why john edward nelson body was brought back to Dudley for burial at king street? wonder what the dates on the headstone is?

John Edward Nelson, 23 August
Administration of the personal estate of John Edward Nelson late of the Coton Hill Institution near Stafford, who died 14 December 1882 at said Institution was granted at Lichfield to Charlotte Pool Nelson of the Imfirmary in the county of Leicester widow.
Personal estate £208.

wonder who else is on the headstone could it be a family grave and the cheapest way to bury him was to bring the body from Leicester to dudley for burial maybe charlotte relocated after the 1881 census back to dudley after he was institutionalised?
