Thanks to another member of hubby's family we have found most ancestors of Artess tree going back to 1759. However all I have off them is dates and one 1911 census..

Joseph Henry Artess (is my hubby's great grandad)
DOB 6.9.1885
DOD 24.5.1972
Married 1906 to Clara Weaver DOB 6.1.1888
DOD 2.1.1955
I have these as their children
Lesley Artess1900 ??
Clara Artess1907-1919 ??
Joseph Henry Artess 1906-1911 age 5 ??
Joseph Henry Artess 1909-1911 age 2 ??
1911 census all born Tipton address is No 5 Sedgley Rd East Tipton

Then i have a William Artess 1914 ??
Can anyone find any other info on above I can't

The other children are
Mabel Artess 1911-1989
Violet Annie Artess 1918-1995 (hubby's nan)
Claude Artess 1921-2000
Pearl Artess 1923-2007
Clara Artess 1928-1998 lived in Australia

I have lots of info on other family members marriages ,spouse names dates etc (which may link in with BCC at some point) most of whom HAVE passed away.

Clara, born 1928, daur of Joseph and Clara married into the Stanway family and although she lived in Australia, she died in Wolverhampton in 1998.
