Right, this is what we have ...

Correct
Williams father is James - http://bcconnections.tribalpages.com/fa ... ham-Family

Correct - Charlotte's father is Charles - http://bcconnections.tribalpages.com/fa ... ock-Family

so who is this Charlotte with father James? - http://bcconnections.tribalpages.com/fa ... ock-Family

Looks like I transcribed George Boswell records as James Dimmock when it should have been Charles.
Need to dig out old records and check

Checked George Boswell records and it is Charles Dimmock and not James

Also added in marriage for Joseph Fletcher Parsons to Elizabeth Golden ( parents of Mary Fletcher Parsons) and some other Census Records and Joseph was a Gun Barrel Filer which is similar to occupation of Joseph Parsons father of Mary Parsons who married Charles Dimmock

Marriage St. Thomas Dudley 2/6/1845
Joseph Parsons bach. Gun Barrel Filer of Dudley Wood father Mark Parsons Gun Barrel Filer
Elizabeth Golden sp. of Dudley Wood father Thomas Golden Pudler (dec.)
Witnesses :- Job Parsons & Hannah Tromans

(looked up by Rockyfowler)
258 Marriage :14 Jul 1870 St Peter Cradley
Charles DIMMOCK 21 B Chain Maker Cradley Father George Dimmock Chain Maker
Mary PARSONS 20 S Cradley Father Joseph Parsons Gun Barrel Welder
After Banns
The X Of Both
Wit; James Parsons X / Sarah Parsons X

Witnesses are James Parsons and Sarah Parsons (nee Booth)
and James is sister of Mary Fletcher Parsons

Found Mary Parsons who married Charles Dimmock on 1851 Census

1851 Census Dudley Wood Dudley Staffs.
Betsey Parsons Head 23 (wid) 4/6 per week from Parish born Halesowen Worcs.
Joseph Parsons son 4
James Parsons son 3
Mary Parsons dau 1
Rest born Dudley Wood Staffs.

Betsey was Elizabeth Golden before marriage
and I cannot find family in 1861 ( possibly she re-married)
