He was bapt 5 July 1789, St Thomas, Dudley, son of William Shakespeare & Mary (Round) - they are on BCC.

Burial is on FreeReg: 11 Nov 1849 (died 10 Nov), Thomas Shakespeare, Woodside, aged 60.

Next door is a Lilley family, and other Lilleys on same two pages - might be significant given relationship of other Shakespeare families in Woodside to Lilleys.

Think this is Thomas's widow in 1851:

Note two grandchildren transcribed as surname David, but it definitely appears to be Pain on the image.

This census entry might explain why William is not with his wife (ie Harriet) as mentioned on the other thread ( see above).

Think William also buried at St Thomas in 1830, although age is 3-4 years out. Described as of Woodside.
