Samuel Halkyard b. abt. 1812 Littleborough. Married Mary Moult circa 1836. Lived Oldham area.
Children:
Adam b. 1837 (my great Grandfather) emigrated to USA late 1850's. Have lots of data on this family.
Mary b. 1838 also emigrated to USA pre-1870. Married James Purdy in England I believe. Have lots of data on this family.
Betsy b. 1842. No additional information on her yet.
Sarah b. 1845. Emigrated to USA. Married ? Isaacs. No additioinal data.
William b. 1846. Have much data on this family but looking for more.
Violet b.1850, d. 3Q1852 (twins).
Harriet b. 1850, d. 2Q1852 (twins).

Have slight info on Mary Moult's parents and siblings.
