Maybe a local paper would have reports on matches that included player lists.

I could only see 1920...
I wonder if Lee a new member to the forum could clarify the photo for us?

I haven't a clue when it was taken but Grandad's knees were very badly injured in Galippoli.
He had a bullet lodged in the head of his femur too which makes me wonder if this could be 1920.
He made a wondeful recovery if it is. Could it possibly be pre war? He volunteered at the outbreak of war when he was was 21.

No I don't have any relatives on there, Mallosa.
It's a bit difficult to do
He was registered as Rollason, as was his oldest sister, but the rest of the family were Rowson. Grandad has used both names. He married as Rollason but registered his Father's death as Joseph Rowson. :?

Ah! I understand.
it would be nice to actually see them on BCC though so perhaps you could contact Jan or Jo the administrators of the site?

Surprised we haven't got Rosannah Brazier on seem to remember that name from prev.
or any of her family ...ie the rollasons going back.

Did you ever find her death polo think it was 1951 in Bilston

did you find where she was buried?

I can add in Rosannah dob and death if you give us the details in the Black Country section on this forum
and give us the marriage info too etc.

I can add in notes that you connect if you wish.

Just let us know.
